The core of this home is a cape with an open floor plan. It has many additions and a wrap around porch.  Designed and constructed in 1995 by AD&B, this house is situated on it's site to take advantage of the southern exposure by passively warming in the cold, winter months, while it uses the large wrap around porch to shade the house in the  warmer months.
