Gerry (Gerald) McMahon
Gerry started Alpine Design & Build LLC in 1987 and 32 years later, has constructed and restored/renovated over 60 buildings. He has designed many of the projects he has constructed and has worked with numerous other architects throughout his career to bring a clients dreams to reality. Gerry's has specialized in post & beam construction, historic barn restoration and preservation, and custom hand-built residential finishes. An avid skier and outdoor sportsman, Gerry brings his awareness and appreciation for the natural environment to his designs and construction services.
Morgan McMahon
Morgan co-manages projects with Gerry. Morgan has a background in construction and project management. Taking after his father, he has a passion for intricate and practical wood design and preservation of the old/historical. Morgan drives projects to use natural, bio-degradable materials and to focus on the simple idea of "what do we need".
Lee graduated with his Masters of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2009 and has been working as an architectural designer since, in New York City and Portland Oregon. Lee has worked as a designer with Alpine Design & Build over the last six years. Lee has a LEED Green Associate accreditation and is in the process of obtaining his architectural license. He has a passion for environmentally conscious design and believes architecture and the buildings we dwell in should direct us back towards nature and a healthier way of being.
